Children should be supervised at all times to avoid any injury. sack-it accepts no responsibility for misuse of their products or injury due to misuse of products. any concerns or queries should be immediately raised by contacting us.
p r o d u c t i o n t i m e s
All personalised and custom ordered items are made to a standard 4-6 week production time. All other items are usually approx. 3 weeks. Our production time does not include postage time, and this should be added to the stated production time. In most cases, our orders ship much earlier than expected!
p o s t a g e
Postage is only available for Australian residents. All items are shipped using Australia Post. Express post is available upon request and will attract a further fee. In this instance your item will be shipped using Express Post instead of regular post. We cannot ever guarantee when your order will arrive although Express Post will arrive sooner than regular! If you require your order urgently, it is best to contact us first to avoid disappointment.
We accept no responsibility for lost or damaged items once they have left our care. All parcels are tracked and tracking numbers are provided through your PayPal order listing. All items are packaged carefully, although we cannot guarantee how they are handled once they are in transit! If you choose not to track an order, this is done so at your risk.
A flat rate applies to single items ordered. An additional fee is charged for every subsequent item. If you have any queries relating to combined postage, please contact us first!
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY is available in the Mitchell Shire area (Victoria) and surrounds. Please contact us for the discount code. Delivery runs are only once per week and the product will be left either in your letterbox or at front door if no one is home to accept delivery.
Postal runs are done weekly on a Friday only.

Lay-By is available on all orders. You MUST contact us prior to ordering, and you will be sent a PayPal invoice for payment - no option to pay through BigCartel. The invoice will be paid in partial installments as agreed and your product will not be made or shipped until full payment is received. Minimum deposit applies of 25%. Lay-by must not exceed 2 months unless agreed prior. No cancellations. No refunds. Lead times for products will apply upon completion of payment ie. if lead times are currently 2-3 weeks, this will commence from your final payment. Please CONTACT US first.

Gift-vouchers / Competition Wins
Any competition run by sack-it custom made on Instagram will comply with Instagram's Rules, and these rules govern any of sack-it's further conditions.
All prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise specified, and must be used within the terms as provided at the time of your win! All vouchers expire two months from issue unless otherwise specified.
All gift vouchers and discount codes are provided in good faith and all endeavours are made to ensure the relevant products will be available. In some instances where a product has sold out, it may be agreed to extend the voucher, transfer the value or discount to another purchase, although this is not guaranteed.
P R E O R D E R S
Pre Order Sales are only final once invoices are paid in full. Invoices will be addressed to your PayPal email and should be paid within 24hours. Postage times will be stated in the invoice and should be read as an approximate timeframe. Pre Sale purchases simply confirm your order and do not guarantee your item will be delivered any earlier than a usual purchase.

We currently do not accept returns for refund or exchange, although if you *gasp* receive something that is not quite right please contact us first. We will always endeavour to make it right! We will not provide refunds, but will ensure that we can provide you with a solution!
No product ever leaves our studio without being quality checked and none are ever sent out in less than perfect condition. Remember, handmade products will have some inconsistencies and differences. These are not defects!
